Course description

The course is led by Mr. Quan Tran - CEO of Tanca, providing a comprehensive and practical perspective on Talent Acquisition (TA) - a long-term strategy, completely different from traditional recruitment. TA is not only about filling vacancies, but also about the process of building an employer brand, planning human resources, screening and evaluating candidates using modern technology, in order to attract the most suitable talents for the present and the future. The course opens with the importance of employer branding, showing that businesses with a strong employer brand attract higher quality candidates and save on recruitment costs. Next is how to classify and choose modern recruitment channels: from paid like LinkedIn, Facebook Ads to free like employee referral, professional community, TikTok... Tanca shares personalized content strategies for each channel, especially how startups can take advantage of their advantages to attract Generation Z. Students are also guided to build a recruitment brand identity department, from recruitment websites, reputation management on Glassdoor, to PR and strategic communications.
