Course description

This course provides a comprehensive overview of how to apply AI to core aspects of human resource management. Starting with market context and data from McKinsey, learners will clearly see that AI is no longer a technology of the future but an essential tool in the present. The content is divided into 6 main sections, progressing from basic theory to detailed practice. Part 1 helps learners understand the nature of AI and categorize it into 2 groups: generative AI (such as ChatGPT, Claude) and AI integrated into management systems. AI is presented at 3 levels of application in HR: support, augmentation, and automation. Part 2 guides intelligent HR planning, from predicting HR trends and building "What-if" scenarios to analyzing skill gaps—all practiced with ChatGPT and case studies from Google. Part 3 focuses on recruitment. Learners learn how to use generative AI to write job descriptions (JDs), create recruitment content, design interview questions; and how integrated AI helps screen resumes, track candidates, predict behavior, and optimize processes. Part 4 covers time and payroll management, with face recognition timekeeping technology, GPS tracking, anomaly alerts, and automatic payroll calculation according to Vietnamese regulations—with specific examples from the Tanca system. Part 5 focuses on evaluation and development. Learners learn how to use AI to build competency frameworks, design 3-year career paths, evaluate 360-degree feedback, and recommend personalized learning paths based on performance. Part 6 guides succession management and internal talent. AI supports identifying high-potential employees, assessing succession risks, creating 5-year succession matrices, optimizing internal mobility, and building a skills marketplace. The Tanca case study shows the practical effectiveness of AI applications: reducing recruitment costs by 50%, increasing employee retention and satisfaction. This course provides not only knowledge but also practical tools, helping learners to be ready to implement AI into their HR work immediately.
